Section 5.5. Hold Harmless. The Association will indemnify, defend, and hold the District harmless 13 against any claims made, and any suit instituted against the District on account of any deduction of 14 Association dues or service charges pursuant to Sections 5.3, 5.3.1, 5.3.2 or 5.3.3, or on account of 15 the use of District resources described in Section 5.4.
