Secured Debt Ratio. The Secured Debt Ratio, as of the end of each fiscal quarter of the Combined Parties, shall be less than or equal to 0.40 to 1.0.
Secured Debt Ratio. Permit the ratio of (i) Secured Debt owed by the Consolidated Group to (ii) Total Asset Value, as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Consolidated Group (and any other date for which a pro forma Compliance Certificate is required to be delivered pursuant to the terms hereof) to be greater than forty percent (40%).
Secured Debt Ratio. Permit the Secured Debt Ratio to be greater than 0.40 to 1.00 as of the end of any fiscal quarter.
Secured Debt Ratio. Maintain a Secured Debt Ratio as determined as of each Calculation Date of not more than forty percent (40%). The Secured Debt Ratio covenant shall be tested by the Administrative Agent as of each Calculation Date, such calculation and results to be verified by the Administrative Agent.
Secured Debt Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the ratio of (a) Consolidated Secured Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Total Asset Value as of such date to be more than 0.50 to 1.00.
Secured Debt Ratio. The ratio of (i) the Secured Indebtedness of the ------------------ Borrower and its Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis to (ii) Gross -- Asset Value, to be greater than 0.35 to 1.00 at any time.
Secured Debt Ratio. As of any date of calculation, the ratio expressed as a percentage of (i) Secured Debt to (ii) Total Asset Value, in each case, as of such date.
Secured Debt Ratio. Borrower will not permit the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Secured Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries other than Intercompany Debt to be greater than 40% of the Total Assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
Secured Debt Ratio. Secured Debt of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries shall at no time exceed 37.5% of Combined Asset Value of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries.
