Common use of Secured Equipment Lease Servicing Fee Clause in Contracts

Secured Equipment Lease Servicing Fee. The fee payable to the Advisor by the Company out of the proceeds of the Line of Credit or Permanent Financing for negotiating Secured Equipment Leases and supervising the Secured Equipment Lease program equal to 2% of the purchase price of the Equipment subject to each Secured Equipment Lease and paid upon entering into such lease or loan.
