If a Security in global form is so surrendered, the Company Issuer shall execute, and the Trustee shall authenticate :and deliver to the U.S. Depository or other Depository for such Security in global form as shall be specified in the Company Issuer Order with respect thereto to the Trustee, without service charge, a new Security in global form in a denomination equal to and in exchange for the unredeemed portion of the principal of the Security in global form so surrendered.
