SECURITY DETAILS. 11.1 For security purposes, when accessing any of the Online Services it is a condition that VGP is satisfied of your identity. Accordingly, VGP is entitled not to act on Instructions received or given through any Online Service if VGP is in doubt as to Client’s identity. 11.2 Whenever a Client or an Authorised User uses an Online Service the use of Security Details authorises VGP to act on any Instructions received. VGP will treat use of Security Details as the Client's consent to conduct transactions using the Online Service. 11.3 When activating any of the Online Service, before being granted access, a Client must set up their Security Details. Security Details will include: (a) a login username, (b) a login password, (c) any items of memorable information which we ask you to confirm (e.g. place ofbirth, mother’s maiden name); and (d) any other security requirements we may notify to you from time totime. 11.4 Each Authorised User will also have to set up their separate Security Details to gain access to the relevant Online Service. 11.5 Clients and Authorised Users must change their Security Details if asked to do so by VGP at any time and for any reason. VGP also reserves the right to change Security Details without prior notice. 11.6 The Client must take all reasonable precautions to ensure that: (a) Security Details are kept secure and confidential; (b) each Authorised User to whom Security Details are provided, will keep them secure and confidential; (c) no unauthorised person is able to use the Security Details. 11.7 The Client must inform VGP immediately should they suspect or discover that: (a) their Security Details are lost or stolen; (b) someone else knows their Security Details; or (c) someone has used or tried to use their Security Details. 11.8 If a Client's Security Details have been used to access any Online Services and VGP has not received any notification of any unauthorised use VGP will act on any Instruction it receives.

Accordingly, Equity Advisers is entitled not to act on Instructions received or given through any Online Service if Equity Advisers is in doubt as to Client’s identity. 11.2 Whenever a Client or an Authorized User uses an Online Service the use of Security Details authorises Equity Advisers to act on any Instructions received. Equity Advisers will treat use of Security Details as the Client's consent to conduct transactions using the Online Service. 11.3 When activating any of the Online Service, before being granted access, a Client must set up their Security Details. SECURITY DETAILS. 8.1. When you use your customer security details you are authorising us to conduct all your instructions given over the telephone or in branch. 8.2. You will be asked for personal information as a security check before any account information is given to you, either in a branch or over the telephone. We may also ask you for proof of ID.

Accordingly, Navigate is entitled not to act on Orders, information or requests received through NaviHedge ifNavigate is in doubt as to Client identity. 10.2 Whenever a Client or an Authorised Representative uses NaviHedge the use of Security Details authorises Navigate to act on any Orders, information or requests received. Navigate will treat use of Security Details as the Client's consent to conduct transactions using NaviHedge. 10.3 When activating NaviHedge, before being granted access, a Client must set up their Security Details. SecurityDetails may include: (a) a login Authorised Representative name, (b) a login password; and (c) any other information that Navigate may require. 10.4 Clients and Authorised Representatives must change their Security Details if asked to do so by Navigate at anytime and for any reason. Navigate also reserves the right to change Security Details without prior notice. 10.5 The Client must take all reasonable precautions to ensure that: (a) Security Details are kept secure and confidential; (b) each Authorised Representative to whom Security Details are provided, will keep them secure andconfidential; (c) no unauthorised person is able to use the Security Details. 10.6 The Client must inform Navigate immediately should they suspect or discover that: (a) their Security Details are lost or stolen; (b) someone else knows their Security Details; or (c) someone has used or tried to use their Security Details.
SECURITY DETAILS. 12.1 Navigate is entitled not to act on Orders, information or requests received via the NaviHedge™ Platform or any future online trading application, website or platform made available for use if Navigate is in any doubt or discomfort as to the identity of the relevant person or whether that person has authorisation from the Client or from Navigate and is acting in accordance with the Agreement. 12.2 Whenever a person or device uses or accesses the NaviHedge™ Platform or any future online trading application, website or platform made available for use using the Security Details of the Client, the Client agrees that this authorises Navigate to act without further enquiry on any Orders, information or requests received from or ostensibly or actually given by that person or device unless Navigate receives before it acts on the same prior written notification from the Platform Operator that the same is unambiguously unauthorised use or access. Navigate will treat use of Security Details as the Client's consent to conduct transactions using the NaviHedge™ Platform or any future online trading application, website or platform made available for use in the Client’s name. 12.3 When activating the NaviHedge™ Platform or any future online trading application, website or platform made available for use, before being granted access, the Client must set up its Security Details. Security Details may include: (a) a login Authorised Person name, (b) a login password; and (c) any other information that Navigate or the Platform Operator may require. Each Authorised Person will also be required to set up its own separate Security Details to gain access to the NaviHedge™ Platform. 12.4 The Client and Authorised Persons must change or update the Security Details established with Navigate if asked to do so by Navigate or the Platform Operator at any time and for any reason. Navigate and/or the Platform Operator may change the Client’s Security Details on the NaviHedge™ Platform or any future online trading application, website or platform made available for use without prior Notice. 12.5 The Client must ensure that: (a) Security Details are kept secure and confidential (including any username and/or password); (b) each Authorised Person to whom Security Details are provided, will keep them secure and confidential; (c) no unauthorised person is able to use or gain access to the Security Details; (d) it immediately notifies Navigate or the Platform Operator if the Client or Auth...

SECURITY DETAILS. 2.1 You must ensure that Authorised Users take all reasonable steps to keep the Card and Security Details safe and in particular that they comply with the following: a . On receiving a PIN or other written Security Details, the Authorised User must memorise the number and then destroy the slip on which it is printed.
SECURITY DETAILS. As security for the two new promissory notes described above in [P]2.2, BFC, Barrier - NY, and Shemesh will do the following: (a) To secure its obligations to OGC created or contemplated hereby, BFC hereby grants OGC a security interest in BFC's inventory and accounts receivable, and will execute all documents necessary to provide OGC with a perfected lien on said collateral including without limitation appropriate UCC financing statements. As continuing evidence of the value of this collateral, and so long as amounts due on the two new promissory notes remain outstanding in excess of $500,000, BFC will provide no later than the 25th day of each month a full and updated list of its inventory, a full and updated list of its accounts receivable, and an aging report on those accounts receivable. OGC shall keep the information provided by BFC under this sub-paragraph confidential, shall disclose the information only to those of its employees or agents who have a need to know the information in order to effectuate the terms of this Agreement, and shall not disclose the information to any third party except when required to do so by valid court order or pursuant to a validly issued subpoena. (b) As further security for the two new promissory notes, Barrier - NY, as the parent of BFC, will guarantee all payments due under the two new promissory notes. This guarantee shall be in the form given in Exhibit H hereto and incorporated herein. (c) As further security for the two new promissory notes, Shemesh will execute two personal guarantees. The First Shemesh Guarantee shall be a personal guarantee in the amount of $550,000 guaranteeing all payments and amounts due under the First New Promissory Note. The Second Shemesh Guarantee shall be a personal guarantee in the amount of $667,407.50 guaranteeing in part the payments and amounts due under the Second New Promissory Note. Shemesh's personal guarantees shall be in the form given in Exhibits I and J hereto and incorporated herein. (d) Upon payment in full of all sums owed under the two new promissory notes, OGC shall file all necessary UCC statements or other documents required or requested to evidence payment in full and discharge of any liens hereby created.
