The Security Equipment clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and use of security devices or systems on a property or within a project. Security Equipment the Project Scope includes a $75,000 allowance for security cameras.
Security Equipment. The Lessee undertakes and agrees not to temper with, alter, remove or otherwise disable any and all security equipment in the Leased Premises and in the Building, including, but not limited to fire prevention and detection equipment.

No tenant and no agent, employee, contractor, invitee or licensee of any tenant shall go upon the roof of the Building. Landlord shall have the right at any time, without the same constituting an actual or constructive eviction and without incurring any liability to any tenant therefor, to change the arrangement or location of entrances or passageways, doors or doorways, corridors, elevators, stairs, toilets and other common areas of the Building. 2. No sign, placard, picture, name, advertisement or notice visible from the exterior of any tenant's premises shall be inscribed, painted, affixed or otherwise displayed by any tenant on any part of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord. 3. The premises shall not be used for the storage of merchandise held for sale to the general public or for lodging. No cooking shall be done or permitted on the premises except that private use by any tenant of Underwriters' Laboratory approved equipment for brewing coffee, tea, hot chocolate and similar beverages, for preparation of meals by employees of any such tenant in a manner customary for an employee lounge or lunchroom, and for catering to serve food in connection with meetin...
