Common use of Security Interest in Equipment Clause in Contracts

Security Interest in Equipment. Commencing with the most current calendar quarter after the effective date of this Attachment, and thereafter with respect to each subsequent calendar quarter during the term of this Agreement, ACCESS Integrated will, no later than thirty (30) days after the close of such calendar quarter, provide a report to ICS Collocation Product Management, Room 34A55, ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, listing any equipment in the Collocation Space (i) that was added during the calendar quarter to which such report pertains, and (ii) for which there is a UCC-1 lien holder or another entity that has a secured financial interest in such equipment (Secured Equipment). If no Secured Equipment has been installed within a given calendar quarter, no report shall be due hereunder in connection with such calendar quarter.
