Common use of Security of Facilities Clause in Contracts

Security of Facilities. a) Due to the nature of electrical equipment, it is necessary to protect Generator’s personnel, MSEDCL’s personnel, and the general public from electrical contact. Generator shall be responsible for providing for security of Generator’s equipment and MSEDCL’s system facilities installed in the Generator’s Dedicated Facility. The Generator shall develop a Security Review and submit it to the Operating Committee for its timely approval. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
