Security of Premises. Data Processor shall ensure Safety and Security for its employees, products and services. Premises protection shall be maintained around main risks: fire risk, floods & malicious acts risk (including but not limited to intrusion, theft, fraud, act of sabotage, bombing...). Data Processor shall implement technical and organizational measures to control access to its premises, including but not limited to access badges, video surveillance, alarms, guards, visitors’ lists and access procedures.
