SEL. 351 relay shall be added for automatic reclosing of the new breaker, and the TB3 transformer protection shall be updated to include trip and block close to breaker R215. The new line relays and reclosing relay shall be installed on a new relay panel. When the switch positions are changed from their normal position for breaker maintenance, the Small Generating Facility must be taken out of service. If the 115-46kV transformers at the Boonville Station are faulted or a 115kV bus fault occurs, the generation must be removed. DTT will be used to trip the generation. (Note: The capability of the line differential relays will be used for the DTT.)

SEL. LEB shall own, and METRO, INC. and ZOE hereby grant, all rights of every kind and nature in and to all results and proceeds of METRO, INC.'s and ZOE's services hereunder, worldwide, in perpetuity, subject to the limitations provided in Section 3 of this Agreement. In connection therewith, METRO, INC. acknowledges that ZOE's services hereunder are specially ordered and commissioned by SEL-LEB as a "work made for hire" for the sole and exclusive benefit of SEL-LEB.

Sel-Leb has full power and authority to conduct its business as now carried on, and to carry out and perform its undertakings and obligations as provided herein.
