Selection of Members. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the written notice, each party to the arbitration shall select one (1) member of the committee, and the members thus chosen shall select an additional, neutral member to serve as chairman. If any party fails to select its member of the arbitration committee within the prescribed time limit, the general chairman of the involved labor organization or a senior officer designated by the Railroad or the Recipient, as the case may be, shall be deemed the selected member. Should the members be unable to agree upon the appointment of the neutral member within ten (10) days, the parties shall then within an additional ten (10) days agree to a method by which a neutral member shall be appointed; failing such agreement, either party may request the National Mediation Board to designate within twenty (20) days the neutral member whose designation will be binding upon the parties.

Selection of Members. Each teacher will be asked to nominate students at the end of each school year. The list will be compiled and distributed to all faculty members. Any teacher may request a student’s name be removed from the list for cause. After all teachers have reviewed the list of nominated students, the faculty advisor will meet with the prospective students and explain the role of the TRUTH Committee. Students will then have an opportunity to remove their name from the list. An election will be held during advisory. Four students will be selected from the incoming sophomore class. One additional student from the sophomore class will be elected to be a member their junior and senior year. One additional student from the junior class will be elected to be a member their senior year. Normally the required number of students in a grade classification receiving the highest vote total will be elected to the TRUTH Committee. In cases of ties or other extenuating circumstances, the faculty advisory may select more students than the required number in a grade classification.
Selection of Members. (a) If a depart- ment or independent agency is under the direction and supervision of a board, the members of the board, other than the members serv- ing on the board because of holding another office or position, shall be nominated by the governor, and with the advice and con- sent of the senate appointed, to serve for terms prescribed by law, except:
1. Members of the higher educational aids board shall be appointed by the governor without senate confirmation.
2. Members of the elections board shall be appointed as pro- vided in s. 15.61.
3. Members of the employee trust funds board appointed or elected under s. 15.16 (1) (a), (b), (d) and (f) shall be appointed or elected as provided in that section.
4. Members of the investment board appointed under s. 15.76

No member of an examining board may be an officer, director or employee of a private organization which promotes or furthers the profession or occupation regulated by that board.

Appointments shall be for the terms provided by law. Terms shall expire on July 1. No member may serve more than 2 consecutive terms. No member of an affiliated credentialing board may be an officer, director or employee of a private organization which promotes or furthers the profession or occupation regulated by that board.
Selection of Members. (a) Unless otherwise provided by law, the governor shall appoint the mem- bers of councils for terms prescribed by law. Except as provided in par. (b), fixed terms shall expire on July 1 and shall, if the term is for an even number of years, expire in an odd−numbered year.
(b) The terms of the members of the council on recycling shall expire as specified under s. 15.347 (17) (c).
