Seller Parts. Subject to the limitations and conditions as hereinafter provided, the Seller warrants to the Buyer that all Seller Parts in sub-Clause 1.2 (i) shall at delivery to the Buyer:
(i) be free from defects in material,
(ii) be free from defects in workmanship, including without limitation processes of manufacture,
(iii) be free from defects arising from failure to conform to the applicable specification for such part.
Seller Parts. Subject to the limitations and conditions as hereinafter provided, the Seller warrants to the Buyer that all Seller Parts, sold under this Exhibit H will at delivery to the Buyer:
Seller Parts. Subject to the limitations and conditions as hereinafter provided, the Seller warrants to the Buyer that all Seller Parts as defined above in Subparagraph 1.1
(a) will at the time of delivery to the Buyer:
(a) be free from defects in material,
(b) be free from defects in workmanship, including, without limitation, processes of manufacture,
(c) conform to the applicable specification for such part,
(d) be free from defects in design (including, without limitation, selection of materials) having regard to the state of the art at the date of such design,
(e) permit complete interchangeability among Aircraft and parts of like part-numbered parts, and
(f) be free and clear of all liens and other encumbrances.
Seller Parts. Subject to the limitations and conditions as hereinafter provided, the Seller warrants to the Buyer that all Seller Parts, sold under this Exhibit H will at delivery to the Buyer:
(i) be free from defects in material.
(ii) be free from defects in workmanship, including without limitation processes of manufacture.
(iii) be free from defects arising from failure to conform to the applicable specification for such part.
(iv) be free from defects in design (including without limitation the selection of material) having regard to the state of the art at the date of such design.
Seller Parts. (Seller’s Proprietary Material bearing an official part number of the Seller or Material for which the Seller has the exclusive sales rights) ;
Seller Parts. Subject to the limitations and conditions as hereinafter provided, the Seller warrants to the Buyer that all Seller Parts as per Article 1.

Seller Parts. Subject to the limitations and conditions as hereinafter provided, the Seller warrants to the Buyer that all Seller Parts, sold under this Exhibit O will at delivery to the Buyer:
(i) be free from defects in material. (ii) be free from defects in workmanship, including without limitation processes of manufacture. (iii) be free from defects arising from failure to conform to the applicable specification for such part.
4.1.1 4.1.1.1 Warranty Period The warranty period for Seller Parts is thirty six (36) months for new Seller Parts and twelve (12) months for used Seller Parts from delivery of such parts to the Buyer.
Seller Parts as per sub-Clause 1.1.a of this Exhibit "E" listed in the Seller's Spare Parts Price List can be dispatched within the lead times defined in the Spare Parts Price List. Lead times for Seller Parts which are not published in the Seller's Spare Parts Price List are quoted upon request.
