Common use of Seller’s Costs Clause in Contracts

Seller’s Costs. Seller shall pay the following costs and expenses in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement: i. All fees for abstracting; ii. All fees due and payable to Xxxxxxx Group; iii. Any transfer tax due and payable pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 428A; and iv. Any and all costs incurred by Seller in connection with the preparation, review, and negotiation of this Agreement and the transactions and the Closing contemplated by this Agreement, including any attorneys’ or consultancy fees.
