Seller's Personal Property. Seller has been advised by Broker of the importance of safeguarding or removing valuables now located within the Property and the need to obtain personal property insurance of Seller's choice. If the Property is leased, Seller acknowledges that Seller has in fact notified and advised the tenant/occupant of the foregoing and that the tenant/occupant agrees to the terms and provisions of these Paragraphs F and G of the General Provisions.
