Seller’s Reporting Requirements. (a) Seller shall comply with the reporting requirements set forth in Section 3 of Exhibit S. (b) Seller shall deliver to Buyer, on or before the 10th Business Day following receipt of a Notice from Buyer, such information that Buyer is required to report to any authorized Governmental Authority pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, or which Buyer otherwise requires in order to comply with the Settlement Agreement.
