Semi-Annual Meetings. The Contractor shall attend semi-annual meetings with MPHA to go over the contract and discuss expectations and any concerns, with the first meeting occurring at the inception of this contract and every six months thereafter.
Semi-Annual Meetings. Manager and Walmart will meet at least twice a calendar year, with each meeting at least four months apart, to discuss and prepare the Annual Plan and review Manager’s performance.
Semi-Annual Meetings. Seller and Buyer shall meet in good faith at least semi-annually to discuss the New Centers, the Plasma Volume (as defined below) and any other issues of mutual interest.
Semi-Annual Meetings. Officials of the Parties' competition authorities shall meet at least twice a year to:
(a) exchange information on their current enforcement efforts and priorities in relation to their competition and deceptive marketing practices laws;
(b) exchange information on economic sectors of common interest;
(c) discuss policy changes that they are considering; and
(d) discuss other matters of mutual interest relating to the application of their competition and deceptive marketing practices laws and the operation of this Agreement.
Semi-Annual Meetings. There shall be semi-annual meetings between the USW and Representatives of COPE Local 343 to review in a problem-solving way the state of the Union and other items of mutual interest and concern. These would include, for example, a review of the use of casual employees, contracting out matters, technological changes, job classifications, rates of pay and harassment. Each party will pay its own expenses. If the employer requests that the meeting be held outside of Canada, the Employer agrees to reimburse employees for any travel and accommodation expenses for that same period up to one representative per District, including the National Office. This provision shall not affect any existing right to initiate a complaint or grievance. Semi-Annual Meetings of the M2 License is hereby deleted in its entirety from the M2 License.
Semi-Annual Meetings. The Parties agree to conduct semi-annual meetings, no longer than one hour in length, between the United States and the VCS Superintendent concerning VCS’ compliance with the Settlement Agreement as amended by this MOA. These meetings may occur virtually or in- person and will take place on August 8, 2024; February 10, 2025; August 11, 2025; and February 9, 2026.

Semi-Annual Meetings. SEPP Meetings: The semi-annual SEPP meetings will have a technical track for training software developers/implementers and an administrative track for Sakai strategy and user support. SEPP Partners will be allowed to send two developers to each meeting for formal training in the Sakai Tool Portability Profile by the lead technical staff of the Sakai Project. The focus will be on writing tools for inter-operability and understanding the Sakai tools for local integration. SEPP Partners may also send representatives as participants for the administrative track. The SEPP meetings will also provide an opportunity to understand the portfolio of Sakai work underway at SEPP Partner institutions to aid in tool sharing and planning for local needs.
Semi-Annual Meetings. The parties agree to have semi-annual -------------------- meetings to review and, if necessary, revise each party's respective marketing and promotional efforts, to ensure that the mutual interests and objectives of both parties are being met.
Semi-Annual Meetings. Licensor and Licensee agree that the parties shall meet at least semi-annually to review the status of the operations of the Licensee Tully's Stores and Licensor's operation and licensing of Tully's Stores in the United States and elsewhere. The first such meeting shall take place at a location to be designated by Licensee. Thereafter, Licensor and Licensee shall take turns designating the location of such annual meetings.
