Common use of Sender’s Address Clause in Contracts

Sender’s Address. Email Promotions shall be sent by Licensee only from the Email address identified on the Website as the Licensed Service’s primary Email address, which address shall clearly identify the Licensed Service as the sender of the Email. Licensee shall not use the Program name (or any other element of a Program, including, without limitation, character names and/or episode names or storylines) or copyrighted works, trade marks, service marks or other proprietary marks of SPE or a Program as part of its Email address. Opt-Out. Each Email Promotion: (i) shall be sent only to individuals who have actively elected to receive such Emails from the Licensed Service; and (ii) shall contain an opt-out option to prevent the receipt of further Email Promotions.
