SENIORITY OF STEWARDS. Notwithstanding their position on the seniority list, stewards and bargaining chairperson shall, in the event of a layoff of any type, be continued at work as long as there is a job in the College which they can perform and shall be recalled to work in the event of a layoff on the first open job in the College which they can perform.
