Renter shall not store any Personal Property which is an antique, collectible, or is irreplaceable, and shall not store anything with sentimental or emotional value (and Renter waives all claims for sentimental or emotional attachment) and shall not store anything which would be damaged by fluctuation in temperature in the Rented Space.
