Common use of Separate and Distinct Nature Clause in Contracts

Separate and Distinct Nature. Each Series and Class, including without limitation Series and Classes specifically established and designated in Section 4.2, shall be separate and distinct from any other Series and Class and shall maintain separate and distinct records on the books of the Trust, and the assets belonging to any such Series or Class shall be held and accounted for separately from the assets of the Trust or any other Series or Class.
