SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. The Security created by the Assignor by or in connection with any Finance Document is separate from and independent of any other Security created or intended to be created by any other provider of Security by or in connection with any Finance Document.
SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. The Security Interest created by Chargor by or in connection with any Transaction Document is separate from and independent of the Security Interest created or intended to be created by any other person by or in connection with any Transaction Document.
