SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. The Security created by the Assignor by or in connection with any Finance Document is separate from and independent of the Security created or intended to be created by any other provider of Security by or in connection with any Finance Document.
SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. The Security Interest created by Chargor by or in connection with any Transaction Document is separate from and independent of the Security Interest created or intended to be created by any other person by or in connection with any Transaction Document.
SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. The obligations of Consultant and the Company hereunder are deemed to be separate and independent of each other. For example, the obligations of the Company to make severance and Total Cash Compensation payments and provide medical benefits will continue regardless of any breach or alleged breach of Consultant's obligations hereunder.
SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. The obligations of Network are entirely separate and independent of any and all of the rights and obligations of the parties under the Purchase Agreement or any other agreement between the parties hereto. 50
SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. The indemnities contained in this Clause 13:
(a) constitute separate and independent obligations from the other obligations in this Deed or any other Transaction Document;
(b) shall give rise to separate and independent causes of action;
(c) shall apply irrespective of any indulgence granted by the Company;
(d) shall continue in full force and effect despite any judgment, order, award, claim or proof for a liquidated amount in respect of any sum due under this Deed, any other Transaction Document or any judgment, order or award; and
(e) shall apply whether or not a claim under it relates to any matter disclosed by any Obligor or otherwise known to the Company.
SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. The indemnities in this Schedule 5 shall be separate and independent obligations and shall give rise to separate and independent causes of action.
SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. The Security created by the Chargor by or in connection with the Swap Agreement is separate from and independent of the Security created or intended to be created by any other person by or in connection with the Swap Agreement.
SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. The Security created by SHCH by or in connection with any Inter-CCP Rates Derivatives Contracts or Documents is separate from and independent of the Security created or intended to be created by any other person by or in connection with any Inter-CCP Rates Derivatives Contracts or Documents.
SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. Each of the obligations to indemnify by the Borrower under Clauses 14.1 (Indemnity) and 14.2 (Currency Indemnity) shall:-
(a) constitute and give rise to a separate and independent obligation;
(b) apply irrespective of any waiver or indulgence granted by the Bank in respect of any other obligation;
(c) remain in full force and effect; and
(d) survive the cancellation and termination of the Facilities.
SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT OBLIGATIONS. (a) The Security created by each Assignor by or in connection with any Finance Document is separate from and independent of the Security created or intended to be created by any other Assignor by or in connection with any Finance Document.
(b) Any reference in this Deed to an "Assignor" in relation to any Security Asset is, if that Assignor holds any right, title or interest in that Security Asset jointly with any other Assignor, a reference to those Assignors jointly.
