SERVABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future laws effective during the term hereof, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected hereby, and in lieu of such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision, there shall be added automatically as a part of this Agreement a provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision as may be legal, valid and enforceable.
SERVABILITY. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in this Agreement shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
SERVABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected thereby and all other parts of this Agreement shall nevertheless be in full force and effect.
SERVABILITY. 1. This agreement shall be subject to all applicable laws. In the event any provision of this Agreement is contrary to law, it shall be of no further force and effect, but the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
SERVABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such ineffectiveness or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of such provision in another jurisdiction, or any other provision in that or any other jurisdiction.
SERVABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction then, to that extent within the jurisdiction in which it is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited, construed or severed and deleted from this Agreement, and the remaining extent and/or remaining portions hereof shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and shall not be affected except insofar as may be necessary to make sense hereof, and shall be interpreted to give effect to the intention of the parties insofar as that is possible.
SERVABILITY. In case any provision in this Downstream BAA shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability.
SERVABILITY. If any provision of this lease shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the lease shall continue in full force and effect.
SERVABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any statute, regulation, ordinance, executive order, or other rule of law, that provision will be deemed severed to the extent necessary to comply with such statute, regulation, ordinance, order, or rule. In the event such provision is deemed severed, the parties will negotiate in good faith to arrive at an alternative arrangement approximating the original business objective of the parties. The remaining terms and conditions of this Agreement will remain in effect.
SERVABILITY. Any term or provision of this Agreement which is determined by a competent authority / court to be invalid, illegal, prohibited or unenforceable shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity, illegality, prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating or rendering illegal, prohibited or unenforceable the remaining terms and provisions hereof.
