Common use of Service Agreement Clause in Contracts

Service Agreement. The following are the terms of the service agreement between Gum Creek Water Supply (the Water System) and (the Member). A. The Water System will maintain a copy of this agreement as long as the Customer and/or the premise is connected to the Water System. B. The Customer shall allow his property to be inspected for possible cross-connections and other potential contamination hazards. These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s normal business hours. C. The Water System shall notify the Customer in writing of any cross-connection or other potential contamination hazard, which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection. D. The Customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- connections or other potential contamination hazards on his premises. E. The Customer shall, at his expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water System. Copies of all testing and maintenance records shall be provided to the Water System.

The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s normal business hours. C. The Water System shall notify the Customer in writing of any cross-cross- connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection. D. The Customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards on his premises. E. The Customer shall, at his expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water System. Copies of all testing and maintenance records shall be provided to the Water System.

These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System or its designated agent a Certified Customer Service Inspector prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s 's normal business hours. C. The Water System shall notify the Customer in writing of any cross-connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspectionreinspection. D. The Customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards on his premises. E. The Customer shall, at his expense, shall properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water System. Copies of all testing and maintenance records shall be provided to the Water System.

These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System water system or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; : when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water Systemwater system’s normal business hours. C. , unless the water system deems it to be an emergency situation.  The Water System water system shall notify the Customer customer in writing of any cross-cross- connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection. D. reinspection.  The Customer customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards on his premises. E. .  The Customer customer shall, at his his/her expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water Systemwater system. Copies of all testing and maintenance records shall be provided to the Water Systemwater system.

Xxxxx Waterworks will maintain a copy of this agreement as long as the Customer customer and/or the premise premises is connected to the Water SystemXxxxx Waterworks. B. The Customer shall allow his property to be inspected for possible cross-cross- connections and other potential contamination hazards. These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System Xxxxx Waterworks or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s Xxxxx Waterworks normal business hours. C. The Water System X. Xxxxx Waterworks shall notify the Customer customer in writing of any cross-connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection. D. The Customer customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards on his the premises. E. The Customer customer shall, at his expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water SystemEbarb Waterworks. Copies of all testing and maintenance records shall be provided to the Water SystemXxxxx Waterworks.

The Millsap Water System Supply Corporation will maintain a copy of this agreement as long as the Customer customer and/or the premise premises is connected to the Water Systemthis water system. B. The Customer customer shall allow his property to be inspected for possible cross-connections and other potential contamination hazards. These inspections shall be conducted by the Millsap Water System Supply Corporation or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections inspection shall be conducted during the Water System’s our normal business hours. C. The X. Xxxxxxx Water System Supply Corporation shall notify the Customer customer in writing of any cross-connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection. D. The Customer customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards on his premises. E. The Customer customer shall, at his expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Millsap Water SystemSupply Corporation. Copies of all testing and maintenance records shall be provided to the Millsap Water SystemSupply Corporation.

The Water System will maintain a copy of this agreement as long as the Customer and/or the premise premises is connected to the Water System. B. The Customer shall allow his property to be inspected for possible cross-cross- connections and other potential contamination hazards. These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s 's normal business hours. C. The Water System shall notify the Customer in writing of any cross-connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection. D. The Customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards on his premises. E. The Customer shall, at his expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water System. These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s 's normal business hours. C. The Water System shall notify the Customer in writing of any cross-connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection. These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s normal business hours. C. The Water System shall notify the Customer in writing of any cross-connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection. D. The Customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- connections or other potential contamination hazards on his premises. E. The Customer shall, at his expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water System. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s Xxxxx Waterworks normal business hours. C. The Water System X. Xxxxx Waterworks shall notify the Customer customer in writing of any cross-connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection. D. The Customer customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards on his the premises. E. The Customer customer shall, at his expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water SystemXxxxx Waterworks. Copies of all testing and maintenance records shall be provided to the Water SystemXxxxx Waterworks.

The Water System Frisco West WCIDDC will maintain a copy of this agreement as long as the Customer and/or the premise premises is connected to the Water Systemwater system. B. The Customer shall allow his his/her property to be inspected for possible cross-connections and other potential contamination hazards. These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s normal business hours. C. The Water System shall notify the Customer in writing of any cross-connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection. D. The Customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards on his premises. E. The Customer shall, at his his/her expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water System. Copies of all testing and maintenance records shall be provided to the Water System.

These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s 's normal business hours. C. The Water System shall notify the Customer in writing of any cross-cross- connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspectionreinspection. D. The Customer shall immediately remove or adequately isolate any potential cross- cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards on his premises. E. The Customer shall, at his expense, properly install, test, and maintain any backflow prevention device required by the Water System. These inspections shall be conducted by the Water System or its designated agent prior to initiating new water service; when there is reason to believe that cross-connections or other potential contamination hazards exist; or after any major changes to the private water distribution facilities. The inspections shall be conducted during the Water System’s 's normal business hours. C. The Water System shall notify the Customer in writing of any cross-cross- connection or other potential contamination hazard, hazard which has been identified during the initial inspection or the periodic re-inspection.
