Common use of Service Agreements; Provision of Services Clause in Contracts

Service Agreements; Provision of Services. The Parties intend that this Agreement and the Easements granted herein do not cover the specifics of the provision of the services (e.g., feedstock, coke, water, etc.) attendant to the purposes of the Easements. Instead, the Parties’ agreements regarding the services themselves are detailed in the Service Agreements. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to in any way modify, impair or otherwise limit the specific provisions or stated purposes of the Service Agreements.
