SERVICE COMPANIES. Within ____________ (___) days after occupancy of the Premises by Tenant, Landlord shall give Tenant notice of the name, address and telephone number of an agency or person convenient to Tenant as a local source of service with regard to Landlord's responsibilities under this Lease as to repairs, maintenance, and servicing of the Premises and any or all related equipment, fixtures and appurtenances. If Landlord fails to provide such notice, Tenant may choose service companies as needed and without penalty from Landlord.
SERVICE COMPANIES. Client shall submit to the City in writing a list of service companies who will be providing a service to exhibitors. Client shall be responsible for said companies to be properly licensed and insured prior to entering the premises of the Center. Service companies shall provide a copy of their business license and certificate of Worker’s Compensation Insurance and a certificate of general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 in the aggregate to the City at least ten (10) days in advance of Client’s move-in date.
SERVICE COMPANIES. Lessee shall submit to the City in writing a list of service companies who will be providing a service to exhibitors. SERVICE COMPANIES. Broker shall attempt to use the service companies, if any, listed by Owner on Exhibit A. Owner agrees to permit Broker, at its discretion, to employ the necessary service companies, but also agrees that Broker may employ any service company that will respond if designated company cannot respond within the same day for the request for service.
SERVICE COMPANIES. The term "Service Companies," as used in this Agreement, means the collective reference to the service companies, management companies and other businesses of Multicare at the time of merger under the Merger Agreement, subject to the effect of subsequent acquisitions and dispositions, including as of the date hereof, without limitation, the companies and businesses set forth on Exhibit A hereto.
SERVICE COMPANIES. Within fifteen (15) days after occupancy of the leased premises by the Department, Lessor shall provide the Department with the name, address, and telephone number of an agency or persons convenient to the Department as a local source of service regarding the Lessor’s responsibilities under this lease as to repairs, maintenance, and servicing of the premises and any or all related equipment, fixtures, and appurtenances.
SERVICE COMPANIES. First vehicle
SERVICE COMPANIES. The Purchaser and the Holder shall have:
(i) jointly formed a new limited liability partnership under Kazakhstan law, with a charter substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto and a foundation agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2 hereto, for the purposes of production and/or supply of programming content to the Target (for purposes of this Agreement, “CTCM 31 Production”), and the Holder shall have subscribed for or acquired a thirty percent (30%) interest and the Purchaser shall have subscribed for or acquired a seventy percent (70%) interest therein; and
(ii) jointly formed a new limited liability partnership under Kazakhstan law, with a charter substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto and a foundation agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2 hereto, for the purposes of sale of advertising time of the Target (for purposes of this Agreement, “CTCM 31 Advertising”), and the Holder shall have subscribed for or acquired a forty percent (40%) interest in CTCM 31 Advertising and the Purchaser shall have subscribed for or acquired a sixty percent (60%) interest in CTCM 31 Advertising. CTCM 31 Production and CTCM 31 Advertising together shall be referred to as the “Service Companies” and each, a “Service Company”.
SERVICE COMPANIES. The Purchaser and the Holder shall have:
(i) jointly formed CTCM 31 Production, and the Holder shall have subscribed for or acquired a thirty percent (30%) interest and the Purchaser shall have subscribed for or acquired a seventy percent (70%) interest therein; and
(ii) jointly formed CTCM 31 Advertising, and the Holder shall have subscribed for or acquired a forty percent (40%) interest in CTCM 31 Advertising and the Purchaser shall have subscribed for or acquired a sixty percent (60%) interest in CTCM 31 Advertising.
