SERVICE CONTRACTORS. The Official Service Contractor may furnish all participating exhibitors with a Service Manual that will contain exhibit instructions and order forms for all booth accessories and services required. Orders not processed in advance for furniture, carpeting, labor, and other requirements must be procured at the Official Exhibit Contractor’s Service Desk and are subject to on-site rates. Exhibitors requiring the services of independent contractors must have prior approval of THE CONFERENCE GROUP and the hotel, and no exceptions will be made that will interfere with the orderly function or security of the exposition, or with obligations or commitments of THE CONFERENCE GROUP. Exhibitors using ground or air freight carriers are requested to ship directly to the designated THE CONFERENCE GROUP freight contractor in ample time prior to the exhibition to allow effective and timely handling of materials.
SERVICE CONTRACTORS. When a contractor has been designated by MEC to perform services for exhibitors such as rental of furniture, erection of exhibits, electrical work, plumbing, labor, or any other service, no exhibitor or representative shall contract for such services with other than the said official contractor unless permission has been secured in writing in advance from MEC.
SERVICE CONTRACTORS. The official service contractor for the 2021 Iowa Pork Congress will be Xxxxxxx Company. Service manual will be available online xxx.Xxxxxxxxx.xxx in early November. Any food or beverage to be given away at the IPC Trade Show must be approved by Iowa Events Center catering department by calling 515.564.8011.

This contract of space provides an 8’ high flameproof back wall and side rails which will not exceed 36” in height, a standard booth sign carrying the Exhibitor’s name and booth number and aisle cleaning.
(4.2) The Event website and software platform may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by NIRSA. NIRSA assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or third-party software used in the conduct of the Event.
(4.3) NIRSA will not be liable for any claims, demands, and damages of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with any and all potential liabilities resulting from the use of third-party websites or software used in the conduct of the Event. Exhibitor knowingly and willingly releases, forever discharges, and holds harmless NIRSA, its successors, assigns, board of directors, staff, and affiliated organizations form any and all liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise as a result of Exhibitor’s participation in the Event, including any such liabilities and damages (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the use of third-party websites, any data breaches or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information caused by such third-party websites or third-party software that is used in the conduct of the Event, or any claims of infringement relating to Exhibitors trademarks, tradenames, patents or other Exhibitor intellectual property.
(4.4) NIRSA cannot guarantee the availability or performance of any third-party services or software used to support the Event. Such third-party services may change their operations without notice to NIRSA. NIRSA, therefore, shall not be liable for any outages, version changes, delivery delays, failures, bugs, or termination of third-party network services.
(4.5) Third-party networks, including Event software platform, have their own terms of use. Exhibitor agrees to comply with any terms and/or conditions provided by any third-party network used.
(4.6) All personal data provided to NIRSA will be used in accordance with all state, federal and international data protection laws and NIRSA’s privac...
SERVICE CONTRACTORS. To employ and supervise from time to time persons, firms or corporations, all being independent contractors, to render services generally needed to accomplish the purposes of this Agreement; provided that Manager shall not have any authority to engage any such person who is not an independent contractor or any such person who is a Manager Affiliate except in accordance with section 5.1.1, and Manager shall not have any authority to engage any individual as an employee of the Partnership.
SERVICE CONTRACTORS. To reasonably restrict and control any service in or to the Premises including, but not limited to, provision of sign painting and lettering.

Exhibitors will not employ other than these without the express permission of exhibits management. Invoices for these services will be submitted directly to the exhibitors. If there is any complaint of overcharge, it should be made to exhibits management when the invoice is presented and before it is paid.

b) The exhibitor assumes full responsibility for accounts payable for the exhibitor for any service including packing, unpacking, shipping, trucking, moving, installation of facility services or any other expenses entered into or incurred by the exhibitor. c) Exhibits management receives no commission or reward from any contractor for any work done for exhibitors. Its purpose is to secure such services at the lowest prices consistent with good work.

At least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of License Period, LICENSEE shall submit to CORPORATION a list of all persons or entities who will provide a service to or on behalf of LICENSEE during the License Period (herein "Service Contractors"). CORPORATION may require its approval of certain Service Contractors prior to services being rendered, which such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
