Common use of Service Coordinators Clause in Contracts

Service Coordinators. Seller and Purchaser shall each nominate a representative to act as the primary contact person with respect to the performance of the Services (each, a “Service Coordinator”). Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties, all communications relating to this Agreement and to the Services provided hereunder shall be directed to the Service Coordinators. The initial Service Coordinators for Purchaser and Seller, including relevant contact information, are set forth on Schedule 2.6. Either Party may replace its Service Coordinator at any time by providing notice in accordance with Section 11.3 of this Agreement.
