Service Elements. A Each Service is composed of its constituent components ("Service Elements"). The Service Elements composing each Service are described in the applicable service description (Appendix D-1 through D-4). Service Elements. Global ISP Project Management will include the following service elements to be performed by SAVVIS:
(A) Develop a work plan setting forth in order of priority the various steps required to implement ISP services for Reuters in various locations around the world.
(B) Project manage the implementation of the new ISP topology to be used in six data centers, to be identified by the Parties (the “Main Data Centers” and each of them a “Data Center”), including preparation of equipment lists required to order new equipment. Implementation should align with Red LAN strategies in each of the Main Data Centers as notified to Savvis by Reuters.
(C) Assist Reuters in terminating other ISP providers contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of such contracts, that are to be replaced by the new selected ISP.
(D) Implement change process controls which includes IP addressing.
(E) Implement the routing policy to be used in the Main Data Centers.
(F) Work with internal Reuters resources to determine which circuits are to be cancelled in data centers outside of the Main Data Centers and, as necessary, determine how to redirect users to the appropriate Data Center.
(G) Assist Reuters in developing appropriate sales & marketing materials for the ISP services that will be presented by Reuters sales people to their end clients, the costs of which such materials shall be borne by Reuters.
(H) Assist Reuters in developing an ordering process to manage the provision of ISP services. This would include the drafting and implementation of a future state model that allows Reuters to effectively manage requests for internal Reuters ISP requirements and ISP requirements tied to the delivery of content to Reuters customers.
Service Elements. The following Service Elements constitute the Service:
1.2.1 Unified Comms as a Service (‘UcaaS’): The UcaaS product is Vodafone Business UC, a multi-tenanted cloud platform MVP (Message, Video, Phone) solution for calling, collaboration, messaging, video meetings and analytics. SMS capabilities are not available. Customer should use the encrypted end to end Video chat function if confidential information will be shared. Bundles are the different licence packages available for Vodafone Busi- ness UC. Customer may select only one Bundle for the Initial Term, but Customer may upgrade their Bundle during the Initial Term. All Bundles require a tariff as set out in the Customer Agreement. Each Bundle requires a Vodafone PSTN number per user. Service Elements. Certain Service Elements will be provided by a Third Party Provider. Either: (a) Vodafone will use a Third Party Provider or Vodafone Group Company (“VGC”) that has the necessary authority to provide a Service Element where required by Applicable Law. Vodafone may novate any Customer Agreements as required to comply with Applicable Law; or (b) Customer will be required to purchase Third Party Provider application integration licences separately to the Service, from Third Party Providers.
Service Elements. The Parties agree to act in good faith to facilitate and enable Services, which may include one or more of the following elements:
5.1 PubMbrs and IdSPs sanction by the ITEGA receive reports of all clicks or views (that involve value exchange) for the purpose of reporting, aggregating and settling value. However, only a public user’s IdSP can associate records with a unique user and only a user they have registered.
5.2 Every click/view among ITEGA member organizations that involves an exchange of value (a payment for an article or a reward for viewing or doing something) is automatically submitted to an authentication and logging service, which is seen by the system participants as a "central shared service" although in network practice it may be distributed and hierarchial as with the Internet Domain Name Service.
5.3 The logging service knows the user only by a unique alphanumeric identifier supplied by the user's "home base" at the start of that particular session. ITEGA shall maintain rules which forbid a ServiceMbr to sell or provide clickstream data to any third party without the written authorization of the IdSP of the public end-user who’s records are involved. ITEGA will develop and maintain rules for such data exchanges assuring that they occur only upon whatever consent from the public end-user may be required by law, regulation or ITEGA rules. By this Agreement, the Member agrees that it shall be obligated to follow and enforce relevant ITEGA rules adopted now or in the future.
5.4 Privacy assurance services may from time to time or any time be specified,, created or facilitated by the ITEGA to define, manage and control the accountable use and ownership of Personal Identifying Information (PII). The OECD Privacy Principles are hereby referenced as a non-binding example. By this Agreement, the Member agrees that it shall be obligated to follow and enforce relevant ITEGA privacy rules adopted now or in the future.
Service Elements. The scope of present service is twofold: - to provide an EOLI compliant catalogue system offering search and present operational support towards the official NASA MODIS repository, covering the entire planet and both Terra and Aqua platforms; - to provide ordering support for the catalogued data thus enabling chaining of the catalogue to Order operations of other SSE services that need provide catalogue access to its users and then access the chosen data as part of their input. The catalogue supports querying over spatial constraint (defined by means of an SSE compliant AOI) and time constraints (defined between start and end dates).
Service Elements. The Service provided by Pac-West is a bundled offering that includes in the per port unit cost paid by Customer: all telco-grade and manufacturer recommended physical facilities and associated environment required for the proper function of the equipment used to provide Service, including without limitation floor space, UPS fed AC power, DC power, battery bank, rectifiers, generator backup, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and any other utilities as may be necessary; functional PRI’s from the Pac-West Switch to the NAS, delivered in time intervals that are in accordance with the SLA as defined in this Agreement; sufficient IMT capacity into the Pac-West Switch to support all incoming User calls up to the number of Ports purchased by Customer, which IMT provisioning shall be the sole responsibility of Pac-West and which IMT bandwidth will be verified through IMT peak load reports provided to Customer at its request by Pac-West; a Rotary for each LCA that has been provisioned with at least 40 unique DID numbers, the ability to accept long distance calls, two-way traffic (i.e., in-bound and for testing purposes, out-bound (if trunks are to be used for outbound services on a new product or service application then Pac-West and Customer agree to review outbound traffic patterns and agree to work towards a mutually acceptable price structure for the outbound minutes, if any, at that time)), and calls delivered via both transient and reciprocal trunks; two (2) out of band (“OOB”) modems, each with an active POTS line, per equipment site that will be used for service activation and outage-related equipment maintenance, two (2) DS0 test phone numbers for every switch that provides ingress circuits for this Service; the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all equipment, telecommunication services and other related facilities required to provide Service up to the point of Service demarcation, which demarcation point shall be defined as the physical port of the equipment to which Customer’s Egress Circuit is connected (“Service Demarcation Point”); and anything else not yet identified that would be required to terminate a User call on the NAS and subsequently hand off the call to Customer at the Service Demarcation Point onto Customer’s Egress Circuits.
