Common use of Service Expenses Clause in Contracts

Service Expenses. In addition to the fees and expenses set forth in the applicable SOW, Xxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse RingCentral for its fixed travel, meal, and lodging expenses incurred in connection with any Site Visit (“Service Expenses”). Travel, meal, and lodging expenses shall be invoiced upon Acceptance of each Project phase, alongside all other amounts due under this PS Agreement, on a per-trip/per resource basis. RingCentral shall, after Customer request, provide information verifying the deployment of on-site resources and expenditure of Service Expenses.

Service Expenses. In addition to the fees and expenses set forth in the applicable SOW, Xxxxxxxx Customer agrees to reimburse RingCentral for its fixed travel, meal, and lodging expenses incurred in connection with any Site Visit (“Service Expenses”). Travel, meal, and lodging expenses shall be invoiced upon Acceptance of each Project phase, alongside all other amounts due under this PS Agreement, on a per-per- trip/per resource basis, at a fixed rate of $2,500 per trip. RingCentral shall, after Customer request, provide information verifying the deployment of on-site resources and expenditure of resources, but all invoices regarding Service ExpensesExpenses shall only reference the fixed cost mentioned above, as applicable.
