Common use of Service Increments Clause in Contracts

Service Increments. ‌ B4.01 Subject to Paragraph B4.02 and B4.03, the salary of an employee shall be increased to the next higher step in the rates of pay set out in Appendix 1 upon accumulation of 1,956 paid straight time hours following commencement of employment or advancement to the current step until such time as the higher step is attained.
