SERVICE INTERCONNECTIONS. (A) In order to utilize (i) CLASSIC CARRIER TERMINATION Service, CLASSIC CARRIER ORIGINATION Service, TRANSCEND(TM) 2000 CARRIER TERMINATION Service, TRANSCEND(TM) 2000 CARRIER ORIGINATION Service, ACCESS BASED BILLING CARRIER TERMINATION Service, ACCESS BASED BILLING CARRIER ORIGINATION Service, one or more full time dedicated connections between Customer's network and the MCI WorldCom network at one or more MCI WorldCom designated locations ("MCI WORLDCOM POP") must be established ("CARRIER SERVICE INTERCONNECTION(S)"), (ii) CLASSIC END USER DEDICATED ACCESS Service (1+ or TOLL FREE), TRANSCEND(TM) 2000 END USER DEDICATED ACCESS Service (1+ or TOLL FREE), or ACCESS BASED BILLING END USER DEDICATED ACCESS Service (1+ or TOLL FREE), one or more full time dedicated connections between an End User's private branch exchange ("PBX") or other customer premise equipment and the MCI WorldCom network at one or more MCI WorldCom POP(s) must be established ("DEDICATED SERVICE INTERCONNECTION(S)"), and (iii) PRISM I TERMINATION Service and ADVANCED TOLL FREE Service, one or more full time dedicated connections between Customer's network and the MCI WorldCom network at one or more MCI WorldCom POP(s) must be established ("CARRIER PLUS SERVICE INTERCONNECTION(S)"). Each Carrier Service interconnection, Carrier PLUS Service Interconnection and Dedicated Service Interconnection shall be comprised of one or more dedicated access circuits, as the case may be. Carrier Service Interconnection(s), Carrier PLUS Service Interconnections and Dedicated Service Interconnection(s) are collectively referred to as "SERVICE INTERCONNECTIONS".
(B) The circuit(s) comprising each Service Interconnection to a MCI WorldCom POP shall be requested by Customer on the appropriate MCI WorldCom Service Request. Each Service Request will describe (among other things) the MCI WorldCom POP to which a Service Interconnection is to be established, the Requested Service Date therefor, the type and quantity of circuits comprising the Service Interconnection and any charges and other information relevant thereto, such as, Customer's originating or terminating switch location, as the case may be. Such additional information may be obtained from Customer or gathered by MCI WorldCom and recorded in Technical information Sheets provided by MCI WorldCom.

SERVICE INTERCONNECTIONS. (A) In order to utilize ADVANCED TOLL FREE Service, one or more full time dedicated connections between Customer's network and the MCI WorldCom network at one or more MCI WorldCom POP(s) must be established ("SERVICE INTERCONNECTION(S)"). Each Service Interconnection shall be comprised of one or more dedicated access circuits, as the case may be.
(B) The circuit(s) comprising each Service Interconnection to a MCI WorldCom POP shall be requested by Customer on the appropriate MCI WorldCom Service Request. Each Service Request will describe (among other things) the MCI WorldCom POP to which a Service Interconnection is to be established, the Requested Service Date therefor, the type and quantity of circuits comprising the Service Interconnection and any charges and other information relevant thereto, such as, Customer's originating or terminating switch location, as the case may be. Such additional information may be obtained from Customer or gathered by MCI WorldCom and recorded in Technical Information Sheets provided by MCI WorldCom.
(C) Once ordered, and unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement, Service Interconnection(s) or the circuits comprising each Service Interconnection may only be canceled by Customer upon not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to MCI WorldCom.
(D) Customer shall be solely responsible for establishing and maintaining each Service Interconnection over facilities subject to MCI WorldCom's approval. Service Interconnections shall be only comprised of DS-1 facilities unless otherwise provided for in the Service Request and agreed to in writing by MCI WorldCom. If a Service Interconnection is proposed to be made via a local exchange carrier, MCI WorldCom will have the authority to direct Customer to utilize MCI WorldCom's entrance facilities or local serving arrangement ("LSA") with the relevant local telephone operating company, and Customer will be subject to a nondiscriminatory charge therefor from MCI WorldCom. The monthly recurring charge relevant to Customer's use of LSA capacity shall be subject to upward adjustment by MCI WorldCom from time to time which adjustment, if any, shall not exceed the rate that otherwise would be charged for the equivalent switched access capacity between the same points by the relevant local telephone operating company pursuant to its published charges for the type of service in question.

SERVICE INTERCONNECTIONS. The parties agree to delete Subsection 3(a) of the Service Schedule dated concurrently with this Agreement in its entirety and replace it with the following provision:
(a) In order to utilize TERMINATION Service and 800 ORIGINATION Service, one or more full time dedicated connections must be established between the WilTel network at one or more WilTel designated locations (“WilTel POP”) and Customer’s network or certain Centrex or other Central Office locations of the LECS (“Service Interconnection(s)”). Each Service Interconnection shall be comprised of one or more DS-1 circuits.
SERVICE INTERCONNECTIONS. In order to utilize Xnet Services, Excel shall be solely responsible for establishing and maintaining a full time, dedicated connection (a "Service Interconnection") between its network and one of IXC's designated hubs, set forth in Exhibit H, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("HUBS"), subject to IXC's approval in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and which approval may not be unreasonably withheld. If a Service Interconnection is proposed to be made using a LEC, IXC may require Excel to utilize IXC's entrance facilities or local service arrangement ("LSA") with the relevant LEC, and Excel shall be subject to a non-discriminatory charge therefor from IXC, subject to a reasonable upward adjustment not to exceed the actual non-discriminatory LEC charge plus 1% of such LEC charge. Once ordered, and unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement, Service Interconnections and the circuits comprising each Service Interconnection may only be canceled by Excel upon at least thirty days prior written notice to IXC, or if longer, the length of the cancellation period of the underlying carrier.
SERVICE INTERCONNECTIONS. A. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: In order to utilize certain Switched Service, a connection between Qwest's network ("Qwest Location") and the ORIX Network at the ORIX designation, point-of-presence facilities ("ORIX POP") must be established ("Service Interconnection"). Unless otherwise indicated in a Service Schedule, Qwest shall be responsible for establishing each Service Interconnection over facilities subject to ORIX's approval. Service Interconnections shall only be comprised of DS-1 facilities unless otherwise provided for the Service Schedule. If a Service Interconnection is proposed to be made via a local exchange carrier, ORIX may direct Qwest to utilize ORIX's local serving arrangement, and Qwest will be subject to non-discriminatory changes therefore from ORIX.
B. MINIMUM MONTHLY USAGE: In the event Qwest fails to deliver a required Minimum Monthly Usage level in a given calendar month billing period, Qwest shall pay to ORIX an additional amount for the difference between Minimum Monthly Usage level and actual usage of the Service Interconnection in question based upon the charge set forth in the relevant Service Schedule ("Minimum Usage Charge").
SERVICE INTERCONNECTIONS. 4.1 Customer shall establish dedicated T-1 access and interexchange facilities connections ("Service Interconnection(s)") between Customer's network and switching system under Customer's direct control or ownership and the Qwest network at one or more of Qwest's Points of Presence ("Qwest POP"). Qwest POP's are currently located in the cities identified on Schedule "B-5" attached hereto as the "Meet Point Cities". Qwest Communications Confidential and Proprietary
4.2 Customer shall deliver, or receive, its traffic at a Qwest POP via the Service Interconnections, as described in Section 4.1 of this Exhibit B or as specified in Section 4 of Exhibit D to the TSA. If, for any reason, Customer is unable or fails to deliver its traffic to a Qwest POP in a Meet Point City in accordance with Section 4.1 of this Exhibit B, Qwest may, at its option, establish a Service Interconnection for such traffic ("Backhaul Services") for and on behalf of Customer to the nearest Qwest POP having available capacity as determined by Qwest. In such event, Customer shall pay to Qwest charges for Backhaul Services at Qwest's then current rates, which shall be based on a per DS-0 V&H mileage charge.
4.3 Prior to Qwest's acceptance of a Service Order which requests Services through any Meet Point Cities, Qwest reserves the right to add or remove Meet Point Cities to or from the list attached at Schedule B-7, and shall endeavor to provide Customer with reasonable advance notice of any additions or removals.
4.4 In addition to the foregoing amounts, within thirty (30) days of the Service Date, Customer shall pay to Qwest a non-recurring charge of [*] for each Service Interconnection installed at each service location, except that if more than one Service Interconnection is installed at a single service location simultaneously, Customer shall pay to Qwest [*] for each additional Service Interconnection beyond the first Service Interconnection installed at each such location. The Non-Recurring charges will be waived for all individual circuit orders of thirty-six (36) months or greater term.
SERVICE INTERCONNECTIONS. (A) Technical Requirements In order to utilize certain Switched Service, one or more full time dedicated connections between Diego Tel's network ("Diego Tel Location") and the VIVA Network at one or more VIVA designated locations ("VIVA POP") must be established ("Service Interconnection"). Unless otherwise indicated in a Service Schedule, Diego Tel shall be responsible for establishing each Service Interconnection over facilities subject to VIVA's approval. Service Interconnections shall only be comprised of DS- I facilities unless otherwise provided for in the Service Schedule. If a Service Interconnection is proposed to be made via an international exchange carrier, VIVA may direct Diego Tel to utilize VIVA's entrance facilities or local serving arrangement ("LSA") with the relevant local telephone operating company, and Diego Tel will be subject to a non-discriminatory charges therefor from VIVA. The monthly recurring charge relevant to Diego Tel's use of LSA capacity shall be subject to upward adjustment by VIVA from time to time. Such adjustment, if any, shall not exceed the rate that otherwise would be charged for the equivalent switched access capacity between the same points by the relevant local telephone operating company pursuant to its published charges I the type of service in question. If other private line inter exchange facilities are necessary to establish a Service Interconnection, and such facilities are requested from VIVA, such facilities will be provided on an individual case basis. Service Schedules are to be completed per DS-1 Connection order. The Diego Tel is responsible for ordering the appropriate number of DS-1 connections within the ninety (90) day ramp-up-period in order to accommodate the Minimum committed Usage Level for all contracted Services.
(B) Interconnection Lodging Diego Tel must provide an average loading on each DS-1 (or DS-1 equivalent) comprising the Service Interconnection at each VIVA POP of not less than the number 3 CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION of minutes of usage per calendar month of the Minimum Service Term (or any pro rata portion thereof) set forth in the relevant Service Schedule ("Minimum Monthly Usage") . In the event Diego Tel fails to deliver the required Minimum Monthly Usage level in a given calendar month, Diego Tel shall pay to VIVA an additional amount for the difference between the Minimum Monthly Usage level and the actual usage of the Service Interconnection in question upon the charge set for...
SERVICE INTERCONNECTIONS. (A) Technical Requirements In order to utilize certain Switched Service, one or more full time dedicated connections between Company's network ("Company Location") and the INNOSYS Network at one or more INNOSYS designated locations ("INNOSYS POP") must be established ("Service Interconnection"). Unless otherwise indicated in a Service Schedule, Company shall be responsible for establishing each Service Interconnection over facilities subject to INNOSYS's approval.
(B) Interconnection Loading Company must provide an average loading on each DS-l (or DS-l equivalent) comprising the Service Interconnection at each INNOSYS location of not less than the number of minutes of usage per calendar month of 100,000 minutes per month minimum average per DS-1 span. Company's intention is to fully utilize each DS-1 and will utilize reasonable commercial efforts to do so. Innosys may, at its option, remove the circuit if ninety (90) percent utilization is not achieved after the ramp up period of three (3) months. To the extent available as determined by INNOSYS and subject to INNOSYS standard terms, conditions and charges, INNOSYS will provide space at INNOSYS location for Service Interconnections. Company will be responsible for the provision of echo cancellation equipment at Company's end of the Service Interconnections.
SERVICE INTERCONNECTIONS. 4.1 INTERCONNECTION OF CUSTOMER FACILITIES In order to receive Service from FORVAL hereunder, Customer must establish dedicated DS-1 circuits between Customer's network and FORVAL's designated network location meet point ("POP") as specified in the Service Schedule(s).
4.2 CIRCUIT UTILIZATION Customer must provide a minimum "Average Utilization" on each DS-1 Service Interconnection circuit (or DS-1 equivalent) at each FORVAL POP of not less than 100,000 minutes of usage per calendar month (or prorated month) for each month of the Minimum Service Term. For the purposes of calculation, the total usage of all circuits at each POP will be aggregated in order to calculate the Average Utilization per circuit. In the event Customer fails to meet the 100,000 minutes minimum Average Utilization per circuit in any given month, Forval reserves the right to cancel the affected ports with thirty (30) days advanced written notice to Customer.
