Common use of Service Manuals and Technical Support Clause in Contracts

Service Manuals and Technical Support. During the term of this Agreement, ------------------------------------- DRA shall provide to GM at no additional cost all necessary service and technical support information and materials related to the Components (regardless of format, i.e. text, graphics, audio, video, etc.) including but not limited to service manuals, service bulletins, training materials, product bulletins and product information booklets; provided however, that -------- ------- such services and support shall be reasonably consistent with that supplied by the Delco Remy Division prior to the Closing Date.
