Service Notice. 2 - 5 years 2 weeks 5 -10 years 4 weeks 10 -15 years 6 weeks over 15 years 8 weeks Notice must be provided in writing and submitted to (Named Manager). Nothing in this agreement shall prevent the giving of a lesser period of notice by either party where it is mutually agreed.
