SERVICE PROVIDER ACCOUNT. You can register for an Account to use the Site and Site Services as a Consultant (a “SERVICE PROVIDER ACCOUNT”).
SERVICE PROVIDER ACCOUNT. In order to access and use the Rayyanh Platform, you must register for and maintain an active user account on the Rayyanh Service Provider App (the “ Service Provider Account”). To obtain a Rayyanh Service Provider Account, the Rayyanh Service Provider must satisfy the conditions set out in this agreement. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Service Provider Account, and to submit all required information to allow us to communicate with you as needed. The Rayyanh Service Provider’s failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information may result in your inability to access and use of the Rayyanh Service Provider App and/or the Rayyanh Services or our termination of this Agreement with you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Service Provider Account. Unless otherwise permitted by us in writing, you may only possess one Service Provider Account. The Rayyanh Service Provider will be issued a Service Provider ID by the Rayyanh Platform to enable the Rayyanh Service Provider to access and use the Rayyanh Service Provider App on a Device in accordance with this Agreement. The Rayyanh Service Provider will maintain his or her Service Provider ID and Service Provider Account in confidence and inform us immediately of any actual or suspected breach or improper use or disclosure of the Service Provider ID or Service Provider Account or the Rayyanh Service Provider App. The Rayyanh Service Provider further acknowledges that (i) Xxxxxxx maintains full right and discretion to restrict access to the Rayyanh Service Provider App and the Rayyanh Services at any time, without notice, in the event it reasonably believes that the Rayyanh Service Provider’s access has been blocked or put on hold on any other platform due to security, safety, fraud or other concerns; and (ii) Rayyanh maintains full right and discretion to restrict access to the Rayyanh Platform at any time, without notice, in the event the Rayyanh Service Provider’s access has been blocked or put on hold on the Rayyanh Services due to security, safety or fraud concerns.
