Service Registration. Certain of our Services require you to register to use them. In such case, you agree that a l information you provide is truthful, current and complete. If there is any change to your registration information, you agree to provide us with updated information immediately. To the extent any of the Services are password protected, you agree to keep such password confidential and not to share it with any third party. You also agree that you wil not access any Services for which a password is required by using any third party’s password. If you discover any use of your password other than by you, you agree to immediately notify us. If you become aware of unauthorized account access, you similarly agree to immediately notify us. At the end of any use of a password protected Service, you agree to exit and logout out of your user session. Under no circumstances sha l we be responsible for any loss or damage that may result if you fail to comply with these requirements.
Service Registration. For the purpose of this Section the term “you” shall mean you, the natural person, as well as the business organization that you represent. You as the natural person must be authorized to act on behalf of the business and have the authority to bind the business to this Agreement. To use the Service you have to register first. You are responsible to manage the Alternative Payments Account, and you can manage it via the Internet by logging in to the Merchant Portal Profile with the personal login name and Password and carrying out additional authentication (Strong Customer Authentication). At this point, we will collect basic information including your name, company name, business details, personal identity code, date of birth, company location, contact email address, tax identification number, phone number, and a current government- issued form of identification, as applicable in your region. If you have not already done so, you will also need to provide an email address and password for the creation of your Alternative Payments Account. It is solely your responsibility to keep all information in your Merchant Portal Profile current and valid. Depending on your geographical location, additional verifications may be requested, such as passport copy, business registration documents, shareholder listing, proof of address, etc. The list of documents is not exhaustive and only includes some of the most commonly required documents in the additional verification process. Alternative Payments has also the right to demand from you to provide originals of the documents required by Alternative Payments and/or their copies and/or copies of documents approved by a notary or another person authorized by the state. The Alternative Payments Service is not available for money transfers or any other type of payments for personal, family, or household purposes. We will ask you to provide information such as your business EIN or Tax ID, social security number, date of birth, and personal code, depending on your geographical location, we will verify and validate your identity to assess your business risk. We may also ask for a business license, other business documentation or, financial statements, connections with politicians, or other government-issued identification or any other information needed by law. Service Registration. The Assignee shall have the right at any time, and from time to time, to serve the present Assignment or notice thereof on any one or more of the other parties to the Contracts. The Assignee shall also have the right at any time and without notice to the Assignor to cause the present Assignment to be registered or filed in any place or office where the Assignee or its counsel deem advisable or necessary.
Service Registration. 2.1. Use of Provider Services requires you to create an account with Provider. When registering for an account, you agree that you will (a) provide only accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, (b) maintain and promptly update your account information, (c) maintain the confidentiality and security of your username and password, (d) accept all risks and responsibility associated with any authorized or unauthorized access to your account, (e) immediately notify Provider if you discover or otherwise suspect any unauthorized use of your account; (f) If required, validate your details in the methods provided by Provider, which may include sending you an email to verify the information you submitted.
2.2. As part of the registration process, you will also be asked to select a user ID and password for your account which you will use each time you access the Service. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your account information and agree not to transfer your right to use or access the Service via sharing your username or password to any third person. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you should promptly change your password and notify Provider of the problem by submitting a ticket to our Customer Support department.
Service Registration. Applicants may request membership by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as mentioned in the previous Clause, completing an online membership application form designated by the “Company” with a user ID and other required fields, and pressing the “Request for Membership” or “Check” button; provided that the applicants may be requested to submit additional documents when needed by the “Company”. The “Company” restricts membership to individuals or individuals representing corporations that have reached the legal age authorized to conclude a legal agreement. Users shall be solely responsible for all legal issues that may incur by failure to comply with this, and the Company shall be released from any liability.
Service Registration. Customers who purchase Services via the Co-branded Landing Page will activate the Service through the Co-branded Landing Page. Customers who have the Software installed at a Circuit City store will activate or enroll in the Service(s) by logging into the Co-branded Landing Page and registering their software. Portions of this Exhibit 10.13 marked by a [__] have been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment filed separately with the Commission. Customers seeking to activate their Service through the Co-branded Landing Page will be required to register by completing certain information (as reasonably agreed by Circuit City and Provider). The Co-branded Landing Page registration page will, among other things, (i) request certain personal information about the customer; (ii) request an ID number and password in order to establish an account; and (iii) require that the customer consent to Terms of Service as approved by Circuit City. After registration and activation customers will continue to receive the Services from Provider consistent with the terms of their activation.

Service Registration. Members’ registered users will have access to the online ordering mechanisms. Each Member will nominate a ‘Geographic Liaison Officer’ who will receive a login ‘credential’ (email address/password combination). Geographic Liaison Officers will be able to administer the user community for their organisation, including adding, blocking, unblocking and deleting individual user accounts and the assignment of rights. In addition to registered users from within a Member’s organisation, each Member will be entitled to nominate one email address from outside of the Member’s organisation to receive electronic delivery of data via the online ordering system, provided that such email address is the email address of a third party which has been appointed as a Contractor (under clause 2.6 of the Member Licence set out in Part B of Appendix 2 (Licence Terms)) on behalf of the Member.
