Service Retainer. The Service Retainer will be held as a retainer for performance of all your obligations under this Agreement, including the Membership Fee Obligations, and is not intended to be a reserve from which fees may be paid. In the event you owe us other fees, you may not rely on deducting them from the Service Retainer, but must pay them separately. We will return the Service Retainer, or any balance after deducting outstanding fees and other costs due to us, including any unsatisfied Membership Fee Obligations, to you by bank transfer or other method that we communicate to you within thirty (30) days (or earlier if required by applicable law) after the later of (i) the termination or expiration of this Agreement and (ii) the date on which you provide to us all account information necessary for us to make such payment. Return of the Service Retainer is also subject to your complete performance of all your obligations under this Agreement, including full satisfaction of your Membership Fee Obligations and any additional obligations applicable following termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Service Retainer. Upon termination of the Agreement, we will return the Service Retainer, or any balance after deducting outstanding fees and other costs due to us, including any unsatisfied Membership Fee Obligations, to you by bank transfer or other method that we communicate to you within thirty (30) days (or earlier if required by applicable law) after the later of (i) the termination or expiration of this Agreement and (ii) the date on which you provide to us all account information necessary for us to make such payment. Return of the Service Retainer is also subject to your complete performance of all your obligations under this Agreement, including full satisfaction of your Membership Fee Obligations and any additional obligations applicable following termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Service Retainer. You will be required to pay a Service Retainer equivalent to 2 months standard service fee on entering into your Agreement. This will be held by us as security for performance of all your obligations under your Agreement. The Service Retainer, or any balance after deducting outstanding fees, three months VO fee for your VO Agreement, and other costs due to us, will be returned to you within 30 days of the date you have settled your account with us in full. We may require you to pay an increased retainer if outstanding fees exceed the Service Retainer held or you frequently fail to pay us when due.
Service Retainer. When you sign this Agreement you are required to pay a Service Retainer as part of your initial charges as security for the performance of your obligations under this Agreement. The Service Retainer will not be kept in a separate account from other funds of RGBC and no interest will be paid to you on this amount. The Service Retainer may be applied to outstanding charges at any time at our discretion. We have the right to require that you replace retainer funds that we apply to your charges and to increase retainer funds if (i) you frequently fail to pay us on time or (ii) your outstanding fees exceed the Service Retainer held. At the end of the term of this Agreement, if you have satisfied all of your payment obligations, we will refund your Service Retainer within sixty (60) days thereafter.

Return of the Service Retainer is also subject to your complete performance of all your obligations under this Agreement, including any post-termination or post- expiration obligations.
Service Retainer. After termination or expiration of this Agreement, we will return any balance of your Service Retainer to you in accordance with Section 4(a) of this Agreement.
Service Retainer. The Service Retainer is to be held by Licensor as security for payment of all fees due and payable under this Agreement as well as all possible damages to Licensor’s equipment and furniture, office space and all and any obligations of Licensee under this Agreement. The Service Retainer will not be kept in a separate account and no interest will be paid to Licensee. The Service Retainer may be applied to all past due fees, monies and/or damages as they occur, at Licensor’s discretion. This Service Retainer will be returned (less any monies due under this Agreement) 60 days after the expiration of the License Term or 60 days after termination as defined in paragraph 6. In the event the Service Retainer is applied to past due fees, then the Licensee is obligated to replenish the Service Retainer to the original amount set on page 1 of this Agreement immediately.
Service Retainer. Advisor will provide ONGOING financial advice on an Hourly basis. No specific outcome is guaranteed and it is up to the Client to guide the direction of the advice requested. While investments may be discussed, it is not the intention of this Agreement to provide complete investment advice. You are advised to consider an Investment Management Agreement instead of or in addition to this agreement if investment management is desired.
