Service Rights. The right to communicate the Programme(s) to the public within the Territory on the Channel 4 Service where there is no supplemental charge (over and above any Basic Charges and any subscription charges) on a per-exhibition basis to a viewer for viewing the particular Broadcast Programme(s) by means of any Distribution System(s), including without limitation any simulcast or substantial simulcast (where Programme(s)/advertisements/sponsorship are unavailable for commercial or legal reasons and/or slight delay in re-transmission) of the Channel 4 Service via any Distribution System(s) but excluding the DTO Right(s).
Service Rights. Participant may not assign or transfer his or her rights under this Agreement except as expressly provided under the Plan. This Agreement does not create a contract of employment between Participant and the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, and does not give Participant the right to be retained in the service of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; nor does it imply or confer any other employment or service rights, or confer any ownership, security or other rights to Company assets. The grant provided herein is solely within the discretion of the Company, and no inference should be drawn or permitted that the grant herein suggests that Participant will receive any subsequent grants. If any subsequent grant is in fact made, it shall be in the sole discretion of the Company, and the Company is under no obligation to make any future grant or to consider making any future grant. The value of the Awarded TVPSUs awarded under the Agreement (either on the Award Date or at the time of vesting) shall not be included as compensation or earnings for purposes of any other benefit plan offered by the Company.
Service Rights. Any agreements, contracts, rights, licenses -------------- or other interests of any type (collectively, the "Service Rights") (whether exclusive or non-exclusive) granted or given to any Person to provide any products or services to or for or with respect to the Mortgaged Property, any tenant or any occupants of the Mortgaged Property, including any of the same related to telecommunications, internet products or services, including, but not limited to, personal computer hardware and software, internet hardware and software, internet access services, printers, video display systems, audio sound systems and communication telephonic devices, as well as related and complementary products and services and any substitutes for, and items that are a technological evolution of, any of the foregoing products; and
Service Rights. Nothing contained herein shall confer upon the Optionee any right to continue service as a member of the Board, or to limit or interfere with the right of the Company to terminate the Optionee's service as a member of the Board.

Service Rights. Neither the Plan nor any grant of a Plan Share Award or Plan Shares hereunder nor any action taken by the Trustees, the Committee or the Board in connection with the Plan shall create any right on the part of any Non-employee Director to continue as such.
