Service Specifications a. The Service Specifications applicable to the Cloud Services and the Consulting/Professional Services ordered may be accessed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/contracts.
Service Specifications. CLBC may, at its sole discretion, issue a modification to the SP advising the SP of changes to the service specifications as set out in a Contract. Basic Career Services available to all Adults and Dislocated Workers include but are not limited to the following: 1) Determination of eligibility to receive WIOA Career Individual and/or Training services. 2) Outreach, intake and orientation to the information and other services available through the AJCC system. 3) Initial assessment of skill levels (including literacy, numeracy, and English language proficiency), aptitudes, abilities, and supportive service needs. 4) Labor exchange services, including the following: i. Job search and placement assistance, and career counseling, such as the information on in-demand industry sectors and occupations as well as nontraditional employment. 5) Referrals to, and coordination of activities with other programs and services, including programs and services within the one-stop delivery system and other workforce development programs. 6) Workforce and labor market employment statistics including information relating to local, regional, and national labor market trends, including the following: i. Job vacancy listings and job skills necessary to obtain them. ii. Information on local in demand occupations and the earnings, skill requirements, and opportunities for advancement that accompany them. 7) Information on performance and program cost of eligible providers of training services, youth workforce development activities, adult education, career and technical education activities at the postsecondary level, career and technical education activities available to school dropouts, and vocational rehabilitation services. 8) Information regarding how the local area is performing on the local performance accountability measures and any additional performance information with respect to the one-stop delivery system in the local area. 9) Information on, and referral to supportive services or assistance, including the following: i. Child care, child support, medical or child health assistance under title XIX or XXI of the Social Security Act. ii. Benefits under the supplemental nutrition assistance program established under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008. iii. Assistance through the earned income tax credit under section 32 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. iv. Assistance under a state program for temporary assistance for needy families funded under part A of title IV of the Social Security Act. v. Other supportive services and transportation avai...

Service Specifications. Licensee shall use the Licensed Marks only in accordance with, and in connection with, the marketing and provision of Licensed Services that meet the Service Specifications. The Service Specifications shall consist of technical performance, customer service, customer satisfaction and Marketing Specifications, shall be set forth in writing by Licensor and become Schedule E to this Agreement, and shall be defined further as the Licensed Services are developed for introduction and may evolve to meet market and other needs. The Service Specifications are deemed to be Proprietary Information under Section 21 hereof. Licensee shall not commence or continue to offer any Licensed Service under the Licensed Marks unless it meets each of the relevant Service Specifications. The initial definition of the Service Specifications will be determined solely by Licensor, following consultation with Licensee, and shall be provided to Licensee for the countries of Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru within three (3) months of the Effective Date of this Agreement, and for any other country or jurisdiction in the Licensed Territory, within three (3) months of written notice to Licensor that Licensee intends to begin offering the Licensed Services in such country or jurisdiction. Licensee shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to become fully compliant with the relevant Service Specifications within six (6) months after the delivery of such Service Specifications by Licensor to Licensee.
Service Specifications. Precedence If there is any conflict of meaning between information contained within the documents having the same level of precedence in the hierarchy described above then the order of precedence shall be reverse chronological order, that is, information contained in later documents shall prevail over information contained in earlier documents. However, requirements stated in earlier documents that are omitted in later documents shall continue to apply unless the later documents expressly exclude those requirements or those requirements are clearly inconsistent with the provisions of the later documents.
