Service Updates. Our Services may automatica ly download and insta l updates to your computer system from time to time and you hereby permit and consent to same. Updates are genera ly developed to improve our Services, including by providing enhanced functionality, bug fixes, and new software.
Service Updates i. Based on significant feedback from the service users, the operator undertakes to investigate the need for service updates (where resources permit and there are sound operational and/or commercial reasons to do so).
Service Updates. AAPT may vary or add to the Service provided to You in the following circumstances:
(a) if in AAPT‟s reasonable opinion such a variation or addition is required as a result of a change made by a Third Party Service Provider, in which case AAPT may do so without reference to You;
(b) if, in AAPT‟s reasonable opinion, the Service needs to be varied or added to in any way from time to time, in which case AAPT may do so at its discretion without reference to You, provided the variation does not result in any material deterioration in the quality of the Service; and
(c) in any other case, in accordance with the provisions of the Service Agreement.
Service Updates. From time to time, Contrast may provide upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for the Services and/or Products, as applicable, to its customers generally without additional charge (“Updates”), and such Updates will become part of the Service or Products and subject to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contrast shall have no obligation under this Agreement or otherwise to provide any such Updates.
Service Updates. You acknowledge and agree that Clever Phone, in its sole discretion, may add additional features or functions, or to provide software updates, fixes, and upgrades to the Service. You acknowledge and agree that Clever Phone shall not be liable for any damages in relation to the direct or indirect damages caused by
(1) the release and/or the absence of release of updates of the Service, and (2) by the suspension or termination of this Agreement or the Service by Clever Phone and/or by you.
Service Updates. Periodically, AddSalt may introduce upgrades, enhancements, and/or modifications to the Services (referred to as “Updates”), which will become part of the Services and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

From time to time, SkySync may provide upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for the Services to its customers generally without additional charge (“Updates”), and such Updates will become part of the Services and subject to this Agreement; provided that SkySync shall have no obligation under this Agreement or otherwise to provide any such Updates. Customer understands that SkySync may cease supporting old versions or releases of the Services at any time in its sole discretion; provided that SkySync shall use commercially reasonable efforts to give Customer sixty (60) days prior notice of any major changes.
Service Updates. The subscription fees include updates from time to time in and to the products included in the Services and subscribed to in the Order Form. Client acknowledges and agrees that certain new features and improvements introduced in connection with such updates are not included in the subscription fees and may be subject to separate fees agreed to in writing by and between Xxxxxxx and Client and any Client-specific modifications to the products included in the Services are priced separately.

From time-to-time, Cloudwick may provide Amorphic upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for Amorphic to its customers generally without additional charge (“Updates”), and such Updates will become part of the Services and subject to this Agreement. Customer understands that Cloudwick may cease supporting old versions or releases of Amorphic at any time in its sole discretion; provided that Cloudwick shall use commercially reasonable efforts to give Customer reasonable prior notice of any major changes.
Service Updates. Notwithstanding any clause contained in the Service Agreement, Fuse Technology may in its sole discretion vary the Service provided to You in the following circumstances:
