Service Warranty Sample Clauses

A Service Warranty clause guarantees that the services provided will meet certain standards of quality and performance as agreed upon in the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the provider’s obligation to correct any deficiencies or errors in the services within a specified period after delivery, and may specify remedies such as re-performance or refunds if the services fail to meet the warranted standards. Its core practical function is to protect the recipient by ensuring accountability and providing recourse if the services are substandard or defective.
