Servicer and Sub-Servicers. (a) Acting directly or through one or more Sub-Servicers as provided in Section 8.3, the Servicer, as servicer, shall service and administer the Mortgage Loans in accordance with this Agreement and with reasonable care, and using that degree of skill and attention that the Servicer exercises with respect to comparable mortgage loans that it services for itself or others, and shall have full power and authority, acting alone, to do or cause to be done any and all things in connection with such servicing and administration which it may deem necessary or desirable.
