Common use of Servicer Compliance Reports and Certifications Clause in Contracts

Servicer Compliance Reports and Certifications. Seller shall comply fully with all requirements of the Servicing Agreements relating to the provision of servicer compliance statements, servicer assessments and accountant attestations and backup servicer certifications relating to applicable Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx filings covering the period up to the related Servicing Transfer Date, including for the period in the calendar year in which the related Servicing Transfer Date occurs, prior to such Servicing Transfer Date. Seller shall provide Purchaser copies of all such documents required under the Servicing Agreements for these periods at the same time delivered to the other parties as required under the Servicing Agreements.
