Servicer Information. All information in the Prospectus Supplement, ABS Informational and Computational Materials, Free Writing Prospectus or the Private Placement Memorandum contained under the headings “Transaction Overview—Parties—The Servicer[s]—[NAME OF SERVICER]” and “The Servicer[s]” (or similarly titled sections).
Servicer Information. The information provided by the Servicer, any Subservicer or any Subcontractor pursuant to Section 8.5(a) and (b).

With respect to the sale contemplated hereby, the Servicer agrees, that no later than June 14, 2006, the Servicer shall provide to the Seller, in writing and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Seller , the information and materials specified on Exhibit F hereto. The Servicer shall provide to the Seller (i) any and all information and appropriate verification of the information on Schedule A which may be reasonably available to the Servicer or its affiliates, whether through letters of its auditors and counsel or otherwise, as the Purchaser or any such other participant shall reasonably request; and (ii) such reasonable and additional representations, warranties, covenants, opinions of counsel, letters from auditors, and certificates of public officials or officers of the Servicer as are reasonably believed necessary by the Purchaser or any such other participant. Servicer hereby agrees to indemnify the Seller, Morgan Stanley Capital I Inc. and each Person who controls them and xxxxx xxxxxxxive present and former directors, officers, employees and agents, and hold each of them harmless from and against any losses, damages, penalties, fines, forfeitures, legal fees and expenses and related costs, judgments, and any other costs, fees and expenses that each of them may sustain arising out of or based upon any untrue statement or alleged untrue statement of a material fact contained in the information provided by the Servicer as required by the preceding paragraph regarding the Servicer or the Servicer's servicing practices set forth in any offering document or otherwise filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Servicer Information. The information contained on Exhibit A-2 hereto, or any amendment or supplement thereto.

Servicer Information. The Servicer shall furnish to the Administrative Agent such information with respect to the Receivables (including, but not limited to, its procedures for selecting Transferred Receivables for sale, its procedures for segregating Transferred Receivables from Receivables other than Transferred Receivables, and its standards and procedures for selling goods or services on credit) as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
n. By deleting Section 8.06(a) in its entirety and substituting the following in its stead:
Servicer Information. The information delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser with respect to the Seller's loan loss, foreclosure and delinquency experience at the twelve (12) months ended December 31, 2002 and December 31, 2003 and at March 31, 2004 as presented in the Prospectus is true and correct in all material respects.
Servicer Information. Without limiting any other provision hereof, upon receipt from the Servicer, the TILC Insurance Manager or the Administrator, as applicable, (i) the financial statements of the Servicer, together with any applicable officer’s or compliance certificates, as and when due pursuant to the Servicing Agreement, and copies of all other material notices, certificates, reports, filings and other documents and all material information which the Servicer, the TILC Insurance Manager or the Administrator, as applicable, is permitted or required to give or furnish to the Borrower pursuant to the TILC Servicing Agreement, the TILC Account Administration Agreement, the Marks Company Servicing Agreement, the TILC Insurance Agreement or the Administrative Services Agreement, as applicable, and (ii) any notice regarding Liens in respect of any Collateral (other than Permitted Liens) or a Servicer Replacement Event.
Servicer Information. Neither the Administrative Agent nor the Insurer (nor any of their respective agents) shall have any rights to information which is the property of the Servicer or have any right to amend the information in the Servicer’s management systems, except, in either case, as expressly set forth in this Agreement or any other Transaction Document. Subject to Section 11.10, if either the Administrative Agent or the Insurer gains access to non-public information related to the Servicer, such Person agrees to keep such information confidential.
