Servicer May Own Exchange Note and Notes. The Servicer, and any Affiliate of the Servicer, may, in its individual or any other capacity, become the owner or pledgee of the 2012-B Exchange Note and/or the Notes with the same rights as it would have if it were not the Servicer or an Affiliate thereof, except as otherwise provided in the Servicing Agreement, this Servicing Supplement, the Credit and Security Agreement and the Indenture. Except as set forth in the Servicing Agreement, this Servicing Supplement or in the other 2012-B Basic Documents, Notes so owned by or pledged to the Servicer or such Affiliate will have an equal and proportionate benefit under the Servicing Agreement and this Servicing Supplement.
