SERVICES AND COSTS. The County agrees to provide all financial and support services for all WCRAS operations, including accounting services and insurance. Additionally, the County shall hire the Director of WCRAS and all WCRAS personnel and provide payroll services. Jenson Service▇ ▇▇▇▇l make the Consultants available during reasonable business hours to perform all services reasonably requested by Piezo under this Agreement, with the exception of Jenson Service▇'▇ ▇▇unsel, Leonard W. Bur▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇., ▇▇▇▇▇ services shall only relate to advice to or for the benefit of Jenson Service▇ ▇▇ ▇roviding the services covered hereby, and the preparation and filing of the S-8 Registration Statement refered to in Section 3 hereof.

It is agreed that the above charges shall be deemed to constitute additional rent payable hereunder, and the Landlord shall have the same remedies in the case of the default in payment of any of the above as in the case of non-payment of rent.

SERVICES AND COSTS. Contingent upon state funding, RAILS and Grantee, respectively, shall provide the services set forth in Appendices A and B. The Cost and Financial Responsibility as allocated between the Parties are set forth in Appendices D and E. The Appendices are exhibits to this Agreement and are incorporated herein.
