Common use of Services and Duties of the Advisor Clause in Contracts

Services and Duties of the Advisor. The Advisor shall consult with the Trustees and furnish them with advice and recommendations regarding the affairs of the Trust and perform the general management, financial, accounting and administrative functions of the Trust as a business entity. As part of the general management function, the Advisor shall supervise Franklin Property Company and other third party contractors which perform leasing, property management, construction management, development, condominium conversion and other services for the Trust. The Advisor shall also perform such other services as the Trustees may deem in the best interest of the Trust and within the purview of this contract.
