SERVICES COVERED BY THIS. ARTICLE 1.1 To the extent required by Applicable Law and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Parties will maintain the current interconnection of their networks for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access, and for all other purposes permitted under Applicable Law. CenturyTel has interconnected with Charter at a technically feasible point on CenturyTel’s network. 1.1.1 This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical connection services and facilities), by CenturyTel to Charter or by Charter to CenturyTel and the transport and termination and billing of Local Traffic between CenturyTel and Charter.

To the extent required by Applicable Law and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CenturyLink QCC will interconnect its network with CenturyLink’s network for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access. Upon CenturyLink QCC’s request, CenturyLink will provide Interconnection at any technically feasible point within CenturyLink’s network in conformity with this Article and Applicable Law. 56.2. This Article governs the provision of internet-work facilities (i.e., physical connection services and facilities), by CenturyLink to CenturyLink QCC or by CenturyLink QCC to CenturyLink and the transport and termination and billing of Local Traffic between CenturyLink and CenturyLink QCC.

Upon Pine Belt’s request, CenturyLink will provide Interconnection at any technically feasible point within CenturyLink’s network in conformity with this Article and Applicable Law. 1.1.1 This Article governs the provision of Type 2 internetwork facilities (i.e., physical connection services and facilities), by CenturyLink to Pine Belt or by Pine Belt to CenturyLink and the transport and termination and billing of Local Traffic between CenturyLink and Pine Belt. Pine Belt may establish Trunk Groups at a CenturyLink End Office Switch using a Type 2B interface or, when applicable, at a CenturyLink Tandem Switch using a Type 2A interface.

As provided herein, CenturyLink will provide Interconnection at any Technically Feasible point within CenturyLink’s network in conformity with this Article and Applicable Law. 1.1.1 This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical connection services and facilities), by CenturyLink to XXXXXX or by XXXXXX to CenturyLink and the transport and termination and billing of Local Traffic, ISP Bound Traffic and Exchange Access traffic between CenturyLink and XXXXXX.

Upon Sprint’s request, CenturyTel will provide Interconnection at any technically feasible point within CenturyTel’s network in conformity with this Article IV and Applicable Law. 1.1.1 This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical connection services and facilities), by CenturyTel to Sprint or by Sprint to CenturyTel and the transport and termination and billing of Local Traffic between CenturyTel and Sprint.
