Services Descriptions. Once Client media services have been initialized, NMR will attempt to contact the Client monthly to understand upcoming promotional and information update needs. Client media services will be the vehicle for presenting that information. Monthly content delivered to NMR should be promotional and informational in nature. The following are items that may be promoted through basic services. Events: These are actual occurrences that have a start date and an end date, such as a Sales Event or an In-store Seminar. We will add up to 10 events to the Client’s message profile for that month. Coupons/Specials: These are a specific form of promoting available specials that are available in your store. We will add up to 10 coupons/specials to the Client’s message profile for that month. Coupons/ specials can also be targeted to specific Client media (web only coupon, email only coupon, Facebook only coupon). Careers: These are open positions at Client’s business that require promotion. We will add up to 10 open positions to Client’s message profile for that month. Circulars and Weekly Ads: NMR will provide a link to a “page- flip” circular (multiple pages) and will provide links to JPG or PDF weekly ads (one page). This service is not provided by all programs, and other limitations may apply. These materials are not produced by NMR. NMR will only display them on the appropriate media. Blogs: NMR will post up to (2) blog articles per month. Content provided will remain the property of the content supplier. See Intellectual Property Rights in section 2.1 for more details. Template/Theme: NMR/LR will license a proprietary theme/template to the Client while the Agreement is active. Template/Theme provided will remain the property of the content supplier. Services Descriptions. Commencing on the date of this Agreement, Igal will provide, supply and render such services, advices and operational support services as are necessary to provide service to the Company and, as more specifically described below, shall:

c. Give the company Medical Advice Services & also sit as a member of its Medical Committee.
d. Represent the company in any Health Ministry Country around the world such as the USA FDA & ISRAELI HEALTH MINISTRY. It should be noted that Igal services to the company will not be contradict or in any conflict of interest to his work in Rambam Health Care Campus.

BMC Mobile Device Content Locker OnDemand which requires BMC Mobile Device Management Core OnDemand and associated Hosting Fee in addition to one of or a mix of the following: - BMC Mobile Device Content Locker OnDemand - Hosting Fee Shared - BMC Mobile Device Content Locker OnDemand - Hosting Fee Dedicated
3. BMC Mobile Device Content Locker OnDemand - Additional Storage 25GB which requires BMC Mobile Device Management Core OnDemand and associated Hosting Fee and BMC Mobile Device Content Locker OnDemand and associated Hosting Fee
4. BMC Mobile Device Remote Control OnDemand which requires BMC Mobile Device Management Core OnDemand and associated Hosting Fee In the event any of the four above-referenced BMC Subscription Services contain a click-through agreement from AirWatch Techonlogies, LLC, (“AirWatch Agreement”) such AirWatch Agreement shall be of no effect. The Agreement shall govern BMC’s provision of the Subscription Services in lieu of such AirWatch Agreement.
Services Descriptions. Commencing on the date of this Agreement, Xxxxxx will provide, supply and render such services, advises and operational support services as are necessary to provide service to the Company and, as more specifically described below, shall:
a. Give the company Medical Advises Services upon the request of the CEO.
b. Serve at the Board of Directors until the end of June 2022.
Services Descriptions. “Services” governed by this Agreement are those services NTT performs other than cloud services which are offered subject to separate terms of service. Descriptions of NTT Services are available upon request, online at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/en-us/legal or are as set forth in the applicable SOW. The terms of NTT’s service description(s) are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Services provided and charged based on labor time and materials supplied (a) carry a 4-hour minimum charge, (b) are estimated for budgeting purposes and not performed by a fixed deadline or for a set charge, and (c) are considered accepted at the time of delivery. NTT will comply with Your published and reasonable standard safety and security policies when performing Services on Your premises.
Services Descriptions. When Integrator resells the Services to an End User, Integrator shall provide at the time of sale to End User a copy of the Service Description of each Service ordered by the End User. Integrator further agrees to:
(i) provide or ensure that each End User provides the required Management Connections for each ordered service; and
(ii) ensure that Integrator and End User comply with all requirements listed in Section 5.0 (Customer Responsibilities) of the Services Description of each ordered Services; and
(iii) comply with all requirements set forth in Attachment 3 (Integrator Requirements). Integrator may not make any modification(s) to the Service Descriptions, except as delineated in section 5.2 below. Cisco shall only be obligated to provide the Services set forth in Attachment 2 (Services Availability) and shall not be obligated to provide any other services, including, without limitation, any services described in a Modified Description.
Services Descriptions. In addition to the terms and conditions contained in this Extreme Cloud Services Agreement, depending upon which Extreme Cloud Services You have obtained, the following descriptions are incorporated herein by reference and shall apply to Your purchase of Subscription Services. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Service Descriptions, the terms of the Service Descriptions shall prevail.
