Common use of Services Exclusive to Lessee Clause in Contracts

Services Exclusive to Lessee. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 11.1, Lessee shall pay for all water, gas, light, power, telephone and other utilities and services specially or exclusively supplied and/or metered exclusively to the Premises or to Lessee, together with any taxes thereon. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 4.2(vi), if a service is deleted by Paragraph 1.13 and such service is not separately metered to the Premises, Lessee shall pay at Lessor's option, either Xxxxxx's Share or a reasonable proportion to be determined by Lessor of all charges for such jointly metered service.
