SERVICES NOT IN SCOPE. ‌ The Contractor shall not accept or perform work for a Task Order having the PRIMARY purpose of: 1. An ancillary support service, see Section C.5. 2. A requirement that primarily uses employees not employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity as defined in 29 CFR Part 541 and/or employees primarily employed as labor or mechanics as defined in FAR Subpart 22.401.
